Over 20 years of hands-on experience in taxation, as well as in tax, commercial, financial and international law.

Partner, Co-founder of ID Legal Group since 2016.

Due to her professional knowledge in economics and law, she provides high-quality services in tax law.

Before joining ID Legal Group as a partner, Anna Ihnatenko had gained hands-on experience in tax law as a frontline employee and at managerial positions in the bodies of the State Tax Service, the Ministry of Revenues and Duties, the State Fiscal Service. She was responsible for functional management in Audit and Administration areas as a deputy chief with the STS bodies in Kyiv and in the regions, as well as headed district tax inspectorates.

She is a consultant for foreign and domestic companies on various aspects of doing business in Ukraine. Efficient participant in the projects related to resolving disputes with tax, customs and other regulatory authorities, drafting diverse agreements and contracts, obtaining permits and licenses, etc.

Thanks to her many years of experience and versatile practices she can develop efficient algorithms for protecting the Client’s interests in economic and corporate disputes, as well as in relations with supervisory authorities.
